Golden MSA Varnish UVLS 32oz Matte (in store only)

This removable mineral spirit acrylic varnish dries to a protective, flexible, dust resistant surface over acrylic paint. Ultraviolet light stabilizers reduce damage caused by the sun.

Always test application before using on final artwork.  Thin with MSA Solvent before application: 3parts varnish to 1 part solvent for brush, 2 to 2 for spray.  Adjust as needed.  Do not use low odor or odorless solvents.  Artist turpentine is compatible but has risk of brush drag & sagging. Acrylics: for best results, apply an isolation coat.  Oils:  apply directly to fully cured paint.  Do not use rollers or foam brushes.  Avoil over-working or puddling.  Minimum re-coat time 6h, ideally 24h.  Allow 1-2 weeks before shipping or storage.  Avoid stacking & direct contact with varnish surface.  Coverage: about 100 sqft.  Clean-up with Golden MSA Solvent or artists' turpentine.
