Shipping & Returns

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened, unused items within 15 days of delivery for a full refund, excluding shipping costs.  Return postage would be paid by the customer.  If the return is a result of our error, we will pay the return shipping costs.  Orders can not be cancelled once they have left our warehouse.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.


Payment Options

Credit Card or Visa Debit card: Please select the "Paypal" payment option at checkout.  On the next screen, choose "Pay with a credit or Visa Debit card" option and follow the prompts.  You do not need a Paypal account to use this option.

Paypal: Please select the Paypal button at checkout and follow the prompts.

Pay In-Store: You can select to pay in-store to pay when you come in.  Your order will be selected for you and ready for pick-up once you receive the awaiting pick-up notification.  Orders that are not paid and not picked-up within one week will be cancelled.  



Where to: We are currently set up to ship to addresses in BC, Canada. 

Free In-Store Pick-up: You can select in-store pick-up as the shipping method, and your order will be ready for you once you receive the waiting for pick-up notification.  This option is free of charge.  Pick-up is at 1287 - 56 Street, Delta, BC (in the town of Tsawwassen)

Out of Stock Items: This website does not track inventory quantities in real-time, therefore you may be able to add items to your order that are currently out of stock. To get your order to you as soon as we can, our policy is to send everything that is currently in-stock. Items that are no longer available will be refunded.  If an item is coming in soon, we will contact you asking if you would like us to send the item when it comes back in-stock.  If you would like an alternate option, please send us a message with your order.

Shipping Quote: When you place an order, shipping rates and delivery dates are estimated for you based on Canada Post's calculations.  Delivery dates are estimated based on business days, once your order is sent. Please also note that the shipping rate is an estimation, which is quite accurate for most items we sell, however some items may be over-size or over weight and additional charges may apply, or may not be able to be shipped.  We have tried to indicate these items, but there may be others that come up, or restrictions to certain addresses.  If you are in question, please Contact Us.


Free Local Drop-off

With the current situation, we have implemented a free local drop-off option in Tsawwassen & Ladner.  Please be sure that your address falls within the area before selecting this as your shipping option.

Drop-Off Time

Orders will be dropped off within one week of ordering, or sooner, depending on what day the order is placed & how often we're out that way.  In Tsawwassen we will most likely be able to drop-off within a day or two of ordering.  We will try not to drop-off orders too early or too late, but most will be dropped off outside of store hours.

Our Process

Houses:  We will alert you that your order has arrived by knocking or ringing your doorbell, and then we'll leave the delivery near your front door or mailbox.

Apartments:  We will call before heading out for delivery to ensure you will be home.  When we arrive we'll buzz your number and leave the delivery by the front door of your building.  If there is no answer we will not leave the delivery unless otherwise specified to do so.  Please use the comment box to let us know what number to buzz and if you have any special instructions, etc.

We will do our very best to ensure your order is safe & makes it to you, however, Sublime is not responsible for stolen orders.  If you wish, you can choose FREE in store pick-up, or ask for curb-side delivery into your car trunk, to avoid any worries.
